Privacy Policy

The Short Version

This site doesn't track you, doesn't run ads and doesn't sell or share your information. It only collects what you choose to send me.

When You Contact Me

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are emailed to me so I can reply. To stop spam, the server also keeps a scrambled version of your IP address and the times you sent a message, only to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour. If you email contact@thekjvjourney.com, your message reaches my inbox the same way.

When You Give

Gifts are made on PayPal's own site. I never see your card or bank details. I see the record of your gift in my PayPal account, along with any note you choose to add. PayPal's handling of your information is covered by PayPal's privacy statement.

Server Logs

Like most websites, the server this site runs on records basic details of each visit, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, in standard logs. They're kept for a limited time and cleared on a monthly cycle. I don't use them to track anyone.

Links and Players

Links to YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies. Where a page shows a YouTube or Spotify player, that player comes from them and may use their own cookies.

Cookies and Analytics

This site doesn't set any cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics. If that ever changes, or if ads are added, this page will be updated first.
